Petar Mandic was born in Ljubljana, Slovenia and grew up in the country of Serbia. At the age of seventeen he left his home in Serbia to move to The United States to pursue his passion for tennis and education. As a Junior National Tennis Champion of Serbia, Petar attended University of Iowa on a full tennis scholarship and graduated with a Business Degree in Finance. He also played professional tennis and was ranked eleven hundred and seventy nine in the world. Petar Mandic has a background in Consulting, Real Estate Banking and Investing and has been with Semonin Realtors since 2016 as a full time Realtor. He is multilingual and a member of the Move Real Estate Group which is one of the top teams at Semonin Realtors and in the Kentucky Real Estate market. In 2013, Petar turned to music full time professionally, and in 2014 released his debut album “Someday Mine,” receiving favorable acclaim from fans and the press as well as receiving steady radio airplay. For four consecutive years Petar performed 250+ music shows locally and is a 2015 & 2106 Recipient of Leo Weekly Readers' Choice Award for "Best Musician," and a 2016 Singer-Songwriter of the Year Nominee by Louisville Music Awards Academy. Petar believes that family comes first.
